Si te hiciste maquillaje permanente en las últimas 48 horas, ya sea microblading, cejas en polvo u otro procedimiento de PMU, y no estás satisfecha con los resultados, el removimiento de emergencia puede ser una opción. Usando un proceso de osmosis con solución salina, trabajamos rápidamente para levantar la mayor cantidad de pigmento posible mientras la tinta aún está fresca. Esta técnica generalmente requiere de 2 a 3 sesiones. El removimiento completo no está garantizado, pero haré todo lo posible para darte un mejor resultado.
El aclaramiento con solución salina para PMU más antiguo también está disponible. Si deseas desvanecer un trabajo que está fuera de la ventana de 48 horas, contáctame y conversaremos sobre tus opciones. Seré transparente contigo: para desvanecer pigmento más antiguo, el láser siempre es la vía más rápida y eficiente, pero la solución salina puede ser una alternativa suave para la candidata adecuada.
If you’ve had permanent makeup (PMU) done in the last 48 hours, whether microblading, powder brows, or other PMU technique, and you are unhappy with the results, emergency removal may be an option. Using a saline osmosis process, we work quickly to lift as much pigment as possible while the ink is still fresh. This technique typically takes 2 to 3 sessions. Complete removal isn’t guaranteed, but I’ll do everything I can to give you a better result.
Saline lightening for older PMU is also available. If you are hoping to fade work that’s beyond the 48-hour window, reach out and we’ll talk through your options. I’ll be transparent with you: for fading older pigment, laser is always the faster, more efficient route, but saline can be an alternative for the right candidate.

How it works
Saline Lightening — Gradual Fading
Saline lightening works through a process of osmosis. A specialized saline solution is tattooed over the existing pigment, drawing the ink to the surface of the skin where it lifts away naturally during the healing process. This is a gradual method that may require up to 10 sessions for older or more saturated PMU, with sessions spaced apart to allow your skin to fully heal between visits. Results are progressive — with each session we achieve a lighter, cleaner result.
Emergency Removal — Within 48 Hours
If you've had a procedure within the last 48 hours and are unhappy with the results, emergency removal may be an option. Using the same osmosis process, we work quickly to lift as much pigment as possible while the ink is still fresh. This technique typically requires 2–3 sessions. Please note that complete removal is not guaranteed — some pigment may remain — but we will do everything possible to give you a better result.
Healing & Aftercare
You will go home with detailed aftercare instructions after every session. Following them closely is essential to achieving the best possible results.
What To Expect After
After your session, the treated area(s) will be red, inflamed, and tender — this is completely normal and part of the process. There is no downtime, and you are welcome to return to work the same day. You will go home with detailed written aftercare instructions. Key things to keep in mind:
No sweating or exercising for 5 days No pools, jacuzzis, or spas for 14 days No direct sun exposure or tanning on the treated area for 30 days
The treated area(s) will darken in color and scab over the first few days. Scabs will typically be completely gone by day 10.
Over the following 7 weeks, the color and ink will continue to lighten, revealing your true result from that session. This is why it is important to space sessions 7–8 weeks apart, as well as to allow for your skin to properly heal in between sessions.
